The policy applies to residents of these countries, as well as to transactions originating from or directed to them. Finally, this policy will include the measures and exceptions that pertain to those countries.
Prohibited Countries
Prohibited countries are those for which Atlas Exploration, Inc. does not provide banking services. This restriction applies to residents of these countries, as well as to transactions originating from or directed to them. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis, such as those authorized under OFAC Special Licenses, General Licenses, or similar regulatory provisions.
